Dr.Anwar Shaqar

General Manager


Dr. Anwar Shaqar is an esteemed education professional with a rich tapestry of experience. He has demonstrated an unwavering dedication to enhancing educational systems, crafting curricula, and empowering educators. Dr. Shaqar's career is a testament to significant accomplishments and influential contributions in diverse educational roles. Involvement in the Teacher Education Professional Diploma (TEPD) Program at Queen Rania Teacher Academy (QRTA) Dr. Shaqar had the privilege of actively participating in the esteemed TEPD program as a leader for the program, a comprehensive full-time initiative designed to equip pre-service teachers with indispensable skills. In this capacity, he made substantial contributions to program development and the cultivation of pedagogical excellence. Exemplary Role as a Project Manager at ASK and CADER As a distinguished Project Manager, Dr. Shaqar spearheaded various educational endeavors that left an indelible mark on the educational landscape. Some of his remarkable projects include: High Education Diploma Program: A collaborative venture with Yarmouk University and INHolland University, addressing academic requirements and logistical intricacies. Education Reform Support Program (ERSP): Comprising 17 meticulously tailored professional development initiatives, ERSP was dedicated to empowering educators and elevating educational systems. Towards a New School Attitude: This visionary project sought to revolutionize school-based learning by fostering teamwork and implementing transformative educational projects.

Mohammad Al-Khattab

Business development consultant


Mohammad Al-Khattab is a versatile professional with extensive experience in global business development and leadership. He excels in strategic planning, project management, and budgeting. Mohammad's background spans corporate governance, sales, marketing, and change management. His communication and leadership skills foster positive relationships with clients and colleagues. In his recent role as an Academic and Business Development Consultant for ISO Group, Mohammad has spearheaded business development, academic consulting, and served as the media spokesman. Previously, he contributed to the success of various companies with an annual project value of $1.2 million USD. Mohammad's career highlights include managing projects with UNHCR, launching Arabic Australian projects, and holding roles in retail development and consulting. He also possesses teaching experience, conducts communication courses, and has a solid academic background. Mohammad holds an MBA from Middle East University and has a Bachelor's in Sustainable Tourism from Hashemite University. Fluent in English and Arabic, he brings a wealth of skills and expertise to any organization.

Hussam Sami Abu Al Hasan

International Programs Consultant


is an accomplished Education Consultant with extensive experience in setting up and operating successful schools, both internationally and nationally. He is a certified Consultant, School Visitor, and Workshop Leader for the International Baccalaureate Organization (IBO), Geneva. Hussam has been actively involved in curriculum development and is known for his contributions to the IBO international education math curriculum in Arabic. With a career spanning over two decades, Hussam has held key positions in various educational institutions and has a track record of helping schools enhance their curricula, staff, and operations, particularly in the areas of Mathematics and the Middle Years Programme (IBMYP). He has been a part of numerous educational conventions as a Key Note Speaker.

Dr. Qais Mohammad Rasheed Momani holds a Ph.D. in Science Philosophy and Education and boasts an impressive 22-year track record in the field of education. Dr. Momani served as the General Manager at Saudi CADER Company for Education Services, followed by a pivotal role as an Educational Expert with Tatweer for Education Services, both based in Saudi Arabia. In these esteemed capacities, he meticulously managed a spectrum of professional development training programs tailored for school teachers and educators across higher education institutions spanning the Gulf region. His responsibilities encompassed the oversight of substantial teams of experts and trainers, strategic planning, project management, and the rigorous evaluation of training impact for several prominent educational projects. Throughout his illustrious career, Dr. Momani has successfully directed numerous national educational initiatives, some of which secured funding from esteemed international donors, including USAID. These programs have spanned diverse areas, including the management of a Higher Education Diploma program titled "ICT in Education," steering the Education Reform Support Project (ERSP), and the execution of the Newly Constructed Schools program.

Dr. Yazan Abdo has over twenty-five years of practical experience in the field of education. Since 2010, Dr. Yazan Abdo has held the position of CEO at Sharek Foundation for Training, Development, and Consulting. Sharek is a regional organization specialized in education, family relations, women's empowerment, youth, and child development. Dr. Abdo has managed and overseen numerous regional projects in collaboration with international organizations and major donors to enhance various ministries, including education, youth, and religious affairs, in several regional countries. Furthermore, Dr. Abdo has been instrumental in launching several pioneering projects and community initiatives, advancing the strategic goals of prominent associations. In his national role and responsibility, he has worked diligently to overcome challenges, harness strengths, explore innovative solutions, and uncover the treasures of innovation. Dr. Abdo has conducted training for over three thousand educational and administrative staff members in numerous government and private schools across various countries. He has also founded more than five schools in Jordan, Saudi Arabia, and Libya. Before his role at Sharek, from 1996 to 2010, Dr. Yazan Abdo was actively involved in the field of education. He held various positions, starting as a teacher and progressing to become a department head, then an educational development officer, and subsequently a general manager and owner of educational institutions. He worked closely with a team of education experts to contribute to the development of educational knowledge and science for His Royal Highness Prince Hussein bin Abdullah II, the Crown Prince. Dr. Abdo has made a significant impact on enhancing the educational process and reinforcing values among university students. He has played a pivotal role in fostering learning awareness, promoting active participation of Jordanian youth in public life, encouraging creativity and excellence, and preparing them for the job market.

Trina is an education and tech entrepreneur - a highly successful industry executive with extensive experience in EdTech, K-12 schools, and online education. As an innovator and founder, Trina has taken two EdTech start-ups from concept through successful exits to Private Equity Groups. She has driven growth for education and EdTech companies by providing operational leadership, international expansion, strategic planning; business development; and program management. She is internationally recognized as a thought leader and entrepreneur for innovation and systemic reform of K-20 education. Trina has launched and built multiple online schools, and has led global school partner implementations. Malak carefully reviews and updates workshop curricula to keep them fresh and aligned with industry best practices. She works closely with trainers, providing guidance and support to ensure they deliver top-notch training. Malak dedication to participant satisfaction is unwavering. She collects and analyzes feedback from workshop attendees, using their input to make continuous improvements. Sahar M. Wahbeh is the founder of Skylark Educational Services Agency, established in 2011. She has been serving as the General Manager of the agency since its inception. Sahar embarked on her career in international education as a schools' superintendent and boasts extensive senior leadership experience in the realm of educational product and service development. Her focus has predominantly been on enhancing the extracurricular offerings of educational institutions. Prior to her role at Skylark International, Sahar held positions in teaching and administration within both national and international schools in Jordan. She is a staunch advocate for supporting the increasing number of educators and communities showing interest in and benefiting from international education. Sahar remains dedicated to the continuous enhancement of Skylark's programs and services on a global scale, with the aim of delivering better offerings to schools, their educators, and students. Throughout her career, Sahar has navigated diverse educational settings and professional development approaches across Europe, Asia, the Middle East, and Africa. She has lived in both the United Kingdom and Jordan. Sahar holds a Master's degree in English Language and Literature from the University of Jordan, complemented by a Higher Diploma in Business Administration.
